Success Secrets anyone can do: 
Get to [kickboxing] class minimum 2 times per week.
 1/2 of your body weight = oz of water to drink every day (if you weigh 200lbs, drink 100oz of water daily)
Stop eating for the day by 6pm. Go to bed hungry. It won’t kill you.
Greatly Increase vegetables & fiber in your diet
Greatly Decrease Sugar, Artificial Sweeteners, Wheat, & Starch
