Phase one!

Kickboxing Warm Up

Every class starts off with a series of cardio blast to get the body loose and ready to go! Get ready for some squats, lunges, burpees, running, high-knees, and more! This part of the workout is great for pumping up the blood and increasing one's heart rate!

Kickboxing Stretching Exercises

Next, we stretch! This part of the workout is crucial, as it stretches our muscles, prevents injury, and improves ONE'S abilities to kickbox.

Phase three!

Kickboxing Punching Bags

Get ready to unleash your energy and work on those muscles with the next exciting part of your workout! Once you've securely fastened your new gloves, it's time to engage in some invigorating punching and kicking exercises that will bring you closer to your fitness goals.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, this part of the workout promises to get your heart pumping, improve your cardiovascular endurance, and strengthen various muscle groups throughout your body. Remember, proper form and technique are essential to prevent injuries and maximize the benefits of each movement.

Phase Four!

Kickboxing Partner Drills

This part of the class is when you get to team up with someone! As you and your partner encourage each other to crush some mitt work, abs exercises, or some other drill, you also share lots of smiles and laughter.

Phase Five!

Kickboxing Exercise Cool Down

After the body is all fired up and shredded from a boss workout, now is the time to slow down your heart rate. This is the part where you relax the body and reflect on all the wonderful things you accomplished during the workout.

At Shape Up Kickboxing, we provide all the equipment. We even give you a FREE pair of gloves for just trying us out! When you come to our gyms, our large punching bags, Thai pads, mitts, lockers, and A/C are yours to use.

MOST FUN & REWARDING WORKOUT! ​

What’s important to know: you workout at your own pace here!  Combine our motivating, certified instructors with blasting music, and you’re in for a high-calorie crushing workout. Our instructors come up with the workout plans, so all you have to do is show up!
