Warm-Up Blast

PHASE one

Every Shape Up Kickboxing class kicks off with a high-energy warm-up designed to get your body moving and heart pumping. Expect a mix of squats, lunges, burpees, high-knees, and cardio drills that activate your muscles and boost your endurance from the jump. It’s the perfect way to gear up for a killer workout!

Dynamic Stretch & Mobility

Phase Two

Once you’re warmed up, we dive into dynamic stretching to increase flexibility, improve range of motion, and reduce the risk of injury. This phase helps you perform each kick, punch, and combo with more power and precision—getting your body fully prepped for the rounds ahead.

Power Rounds

Phase Three

Gloves on—let’s go! In this phase, it’s time to unleash your energy with powerful punching and kicking combos on the bag. Whether you’re just starting or already a fitness pro, this round is all about building strength, stamina, and confidence. Feel your heart rate rise and your full body engage as you work toward your goals—one strike at a time. Technique is key, so focus, hit hard, and give it your all!

Partner Drill & Team Energy

Phase Four

Let’s turn up the fun! In this round, you’ll team up with a fellow kickboxer for partner-based drills—think mitt work, core challenges, and high-energy circuits. You’ll push, cheer, and motivate each other as you train together. It’s all about community, connection, and shared wins. Don’t be surprised if you make a few new workout BFFs along the way!

Cool Down & Victory Vibes

Phase Five

You crushed it—now it’s time to recover. We’ll guide you through a cool-down routine that lowers your heart rate, relaxes your muscles, and gives your body the chance to reset. This moment is all about celebrating your effort, reflecting on your progress, and leaving class feeling strong, proud, and unstoppable.
