A Few Quick Tips Before Your First Class

1. Arrive Early to Get Oriented

Plan to show up 10–15 minutes before start time. This gives you a chance to meet your coach, tour the studio, and settle in without rushing.

2. Wear Flexible, Breathable Attire

Choose workout clothes that move with you—think leggings or shorts and a moisture-wicking top. Leave shoes at the door so you can train comfortably barefoot.

3. We’ve Got Your Gear

Your first gloves and hand wraps are on us. Our team will help you fit them properly so you feel secure and ready to strike.

4. Bring Essentials

Pack a refillable water bottle and a small towel—you’ll stay refreshed and dry throughout those high-energy rounds.

5. Tune Into Your Own Pace

We’ll demonstrate each move, but you control how fast or slow you go. If you need an easier option or extra guidance, just ask—your comfort comes first.

6. Embrace the Fun Factor

Between motivating beats, bag work, and partner drills, you’ll find yourself smiling through the sweat. Get ready to enjoy every punch, kick, and high-five!
