Pack a Punch with Portable Workouts

One of the biggest challenges of summer travel is finding ways to stay active on the go. But with kickboxing, you can get a great workout in even the smallest of spaces. When on the road and lounging in hotels, all you need is to find a little area where you can workout! Make sure the space is arm length comfortable.

Next, engage in a small circuit workout. Select 3-5 of your favorite workouts and repeat for 3 rounds! Enjoy mixing and matching with bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, and lunges into your routine! And don’t underestimate packing a jump rope or resistance bands to get that heart rate up!
