THE JOURNEY OF A THOUSAND STEPS BEGIN WITH A SINGLE STEP!​

WELCOME TO SHAPE UP KICKBOXING GRAYSON!

THE WORKOUT

Every class starts off with a series of cardio blast to get the body loose and ready to go! Get ready for some squats, lunges, burpees, running, high-knees, and more! This part of the workout is great for pumping up the blood and increasing one's heart rate!

Next, we stretch! This part of the workout is crucial, as it stretches our muscles, prevents injury, and improves ONE'S abilities to kickbox.

The next part of the workout—it's what everybody looks forward to! Strap on your new set of FREE gloves that we gift you, and punch and kick your way to a healthier you!

This part of the class is when you get to team up with someone! As you and your partner encourage each other to crush some mitt work, abs exercises, or some other drill, you also share lots of smiles and laughter.

After the body is all fired up and shredded from a boss workout, now is the time to slow down your heart rate. This is the part where you relax the body and reflect on all the wonderful things you accomplished during the workout.

THE COMMUNITY

Meet the instructors on your very first day, where they sit down with you and get to know your goals. And throughout the class, they are working out next to you and ensuring you're having a blast!

The fellow kickboxers also make every class fun! They contribute greatly to the positive atmosphere of helping each other crush every workout! They remember what it's like to start kickboxing, and they will more than gladly help you too! Other fun at Shape Up Kickboxing include contests, themed DJ Nights, and group outings!
