What to Expect
Get Ready to Move, Sweat & Smile
Arrive 15–20 minutes early to meet your coach, get comfortable, and check out the studio.
Gloves are required—you’ll get your very own pair when you start, so we’ll help you gear up like a pro.
Training is done barefoot or in socks, so no need for shoes on the mat.
Bring water and a sweat towel—our classes are high-energy, full-body workouts that leave you feeling amazing.
Hand wraps are recommended. Don’t have any? We’ve got you covered. You can grab a pair at the front and we’ll show you how to use them.
Move at your own pace—whether you’re brand new or experienced, our coaches will guide and motivate you every step of the way.
