AT SHAPE UP KICKBOXING, OUR COMMUNITY HERE WILL BECOME LIKE YOUR FAMILY!

It’s a place where you’re not just another member. You’re a valued part of the community. Here, the workouts are personal, and the dynamic instructors and kickboxers help to create that atmosphere.

We workout together, have fun kickboxing events like themed DJ nights and mini competitions, and enjoy hanging out in between classes. These people not only become your workout buddies, but also individuals who you CANNOT WAIT to see.

The instructors are professionally trained, and they care greatly about their kickboxers' happiness.

They spend great time crafting fun workouts for the group, and they're great to have as your friends. Anytime you have a question about class, fitness tips, nutrition advice, or how to get motivated, they are here for you!

Shape Up Kickboxing

I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes February of 2019. I carried the assumption that I was overall healthy and could eat whatever I wanted since I exercised routinely. I was wrong.


With the help of Shape Up Kickboxing, my physician, and following a healthy lifestyle of meals and snacks, I have gone from 178 lbs to 144 lbs in a year and gained muscle.


Everyone from my instructors to my fellow kickboxers hold me accountable and make it the best workout each class!
